This is the promo CD. It comes in a black sleeve, which slips into a slightly bigger black card sleeve. It's got the Hepburn logo on the front, the single name on the back, and on the inside sleeve it has the track title and details. The logo's are reflective, hence the nice rainbow effect from my scanner.
The CD is black, keeping in tradition of having the CD the same colour as the predominant cover art background.
The design is also uniform with the other promo CD's from the debut album.
