The original TV soundtrack, and it's great. It has some of the original score (the incidental guitar music playing in the background), some cultural songs (the Gaelic "Henry Martin" and the native-American sounding "Akua Tuta"), as well as the just plain beautiful (Sarah McLachlan's piano version of "Possession" will take your breath away... - just listen and call me a liar if you dare!). There's something for everyone on here, and it's not just for fans of the excellent show. And it includes a song by the Mountie, which shows just how great it is. |
